By accessing or using the PDFix web platform at pdfix.kairoscoders.com or downloading our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. License & Intellectual Property
PDFix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our client-side PDF utility tools for personal, academic, or commercial document processing purposes. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all PDF documents processed using PDFix.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PDFix for any unlawful activities, including processing files that contain malware, illegal content, or unauthorized copyrighted material without authorization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
PDFix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While our client-side PDF engine strives for maximum document fidelity, Kairos Coders is not liable for data loss, document corruption, or consequential damages resulting from document processing.
